George Kenley

Chief Operations Officer

George Kenley studied at the University of Melbourne and completed Bachelor’s in Geomatic Engineering, Planning and Design and, Property and Construction. On commencement of her studies, she was offered a graduate role at Lend Lease, a top tier construction company. Here, George naturally progressed and in no time she was working in Senior Project Engineer and Project Management roles specialising in the healthcare and research sector. George spent 10 years at Lend Lease and was fortunate enough to work across many different iconic projects around Victoria including the new Royal Children’s Hospital, the new Bendigo Hospital, and the new Monash Children’s Hospital.

It was only when George’s childhood friend, Dean Freestone, reached out with an idea to found an epilepsy diagnostics company that overcomes accessibility issues in the industry, that George jumped ship. George has a deep understanding of the constraints in the health sector and she was eager to be a part of such influential change.

George’s organisational and project management expertise and experience contributed to the successful co-founding and rapid growth of Seer Medical. As Chief Operations Officer, George is responsible for managing and aligning the company’s multiple facets with the overall business strategy. She has played a key role in expanding the number of Seer Medical clinics around Australia and contributed to gaining regulatory approval for the innovative technology Seer Medical has developed.
